Our Gold through Diamond tiers combine support, consulting & professional services to ensure you have access to the resources you need to ensure you maximize the benefit of your investment.
By upgrading to one of our enhanced support tiers, we are able to provide on-demand assistance with workflows, forms, custom capture configurations, along with training and consulting services. These services are not covered under the standard support agreement.

When you have a problem- you can call, email or create a ticket in the support portal. Once our dispatcher receives your support request, they will immediately assess the nature and urgency of the request and assign the best engineer to assist you with a timely resolution.
Our team provides everything you need to keep your system stable and working efficiently. Services include design, implementation, security and backup reviews; training as well as normal system maintenance, upgrades and troubleshooting services.
